Slow Flow 20 minute practice to awaken your body with gentle flowing movements that both strengthen and nurture. A daily practice to begin each new day with gratitude.

All videos are designed for the young at heart: accessible and non-harming. Stay safe by always listening to your own body and mind. This video is suitable for most students. Resolve to only practice postures that are suited to your physical abilities.

No props necessary. Yoga blocks may be used.
