Yin 60 - Reveal

Yin Yoga 60 minute practice designed to optimize the efficiency of the heart and lungs by coaxing open upper body energy pathways. This fully grounded practice promotes bliss through longer held poses that invite stillness of the body and the mind.  Practice is accessible to most levels.


Will need the following props:  blanket or large towel, yoga blocks (or two hardcover books), and possibly a yoga bolster (not necessary).
