Slow Flow 60 - Spine Refresh

Slow Flow 60 minute practice refreshes the spine to optimize mind & body health. Guided movement and breath awareness will invigorate the spine leaving you physically energized and mentally balanced.  Practice is accessible to most levels.

 

Will need the following props:  blanket or large towel and two yoga blocks (or two thick hardcover books).
