Yin 60 - Allow

Yin Yoga 60 minute practice will teach mindful awareness to allow deepening into longer held poses, unlocking stagnant energy lines and optimizing the body's detoxification system. A fully grounded practice that will leave you feeling connected and calm. Practice is accessible to most levels.

May need the following props: blanket or large towel, yoga blocks (or two thick hardcover books), yoga bolster (or strap two bed pillows together lengthwise).
