Slow Flow 60 - Wrist Refuge

Slow Flow 60 minute grounded practice designed to create core strength and a calm mind. Practice can be completed with no pressure on the wrists. Suitable for those with wrist injuries, carpal tunnel and overuse from computer work.

No props are necessary. May need the following props: blanket or large towel, yoga blocks (or two thick hardcover books).
